Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) was founded in 2005 and is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with branches in Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Syria, Italy, China and Greece.


The company serves various sectors, including major mega projects such as King Abdul Aziz International Airport, One Miles Tower, Sharma-Neom, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabian National Guard Housing, King Saud University, Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University, King Abdullah Financial District, several Medical Cities Projects, numerous Real Estate Development projects with the Ministry of Housing, Commercial Office Buildings, Mixed Use Facilities, Hospitality, Recreational and Public Assembly .
